Which Size Is Right for Me?

Picking the correct size depends on your wrist size and personal style. A 48mm case is considered to be on the larger side, but works well for average-sized wrists and bigger. If you prefer a more subtle fit, or have a smaller wrist, the 43mm watches are great alternatives while still keeping the bold diver look.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns:
If you don’t think the watch is right for you, no worries. 30-day free returns apply as long as the item remains in new condition. The watch can be tried on, but cannot have any damage. As long as these conditions are met, you are eligible for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

What Types of Movements Are Used?

Each watch is carefully crafted using a reliable Japanese or Swiss Quartz movement. Our Chronographs use Miyota OS20 Japanese movements, while our Skyros 24Hr GMT watches use Ronda 505-24H Swiss Quartz movements. Our Audax Dive watches use Japanese Seiko PC22A SII/PC32A SII movements, and our Amur women's watches use the Seiko PC32A SII as well.

What Are Lapiztas Made of?

All Lapizta watches are made of high grade 316L Stainless Steel and are of extremely high quality. The brushing on the cases of the watches is excellent, and the movements are consistently reliable. All Gold and Black cases are crafted from stainless steel with a durable PVD coating. The PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process adds the gold or black finish while maintaining the strength and corrosion resistance of stainless steel. Buyers rave about how weighty and solidly built Lapiztas are.

Which Lapizta Watches Have the Most Lume?

Are Your Watches Unisex?

Our watches can be worn by both men and women alike, we do not carry any gender-specific watches. Though this is the case, 48mm is a large size for most women, so we recommend 43mm pieces for women.

What Do I Do if My Watch Stopped Moving?

If this is the case, the watch usually needs a new battery. Otherwise, please set the time to either 12:00 or 6:00 and check that the crown is pushed in completely against the case, and screwed down. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. How Long is the Battery Life of My Watch?

Batteries used in our timepieces last between 2 to 5 years depending on external factors such as humidity, air pressure, and more.

How Long Does The Warranty Last?

Your watch is covered by our warranty against any defects in manufacturing: This includes the watch dial, strap, and hands. The warranty of a Slate Watch Company timepiece is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of said warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
