Are Lapizta Watches High Quality?

All Lapizta watches are made of high grade Stainless Steel and are of extremely high quality. The brushing on the casings of the watches is superb, and the movements are consistently reliable. Buyers rave about how weighty and solidly built Lapiztas are.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns:
30-day free returns apply as long as the item remains in new condition. The item can be tried on, but cannot have any damage.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Are Your Watches Unisex?

Our watches can be worn by both men and women alike, we do not carry any gender-specific watches. Though this is the case, 48mm is a large size for the wrists of most women.

When Should I Expect My Order Confirmation?

Email confirmations should arrive immediately. If not, please double check your email address for accuracy and your spam/trash folders. If it still has not arrived after this, please email us at support@slatewatchcompany.com.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

In your order confirmation email click on "View My Order." This will take you to your order tracker. We will also update you accordingly when your items have been shipped.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivery times range from 1-5 business days depending on the destination. If you require expedited shipping, please select UPS Next day Air Saver or 2nd Day.

What Is The Return Process?

Our team will send you send you the return instructions within 24 hours, you will have the option to return the order with the carrier of your choice and tracking information. A full amount of the order will be refunded to your original payment method.

What Type Of Movement Is Used?

Each watch is carefully crafted using a reliable Japanese or Swiss Quartz movement. The Skyros 24Hr GMT uses a Swiss movement, and the rest use Japanese movements.

My Watch Stopped Moving, What Do I Do?

If this is the case, the watch usually needs a new battery. Otherwise, please set the time to either 12:00 or 6:00 and check that the crown is pushed in completely against the case, and screwed down. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this does not resolve the issue, please send us an email at support@slatewatchcompany.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

How Long is the Battery Life Of My Watch?

Batteries used in our timepieces last between 2 to 5 years depending on external factors such as humidity, air pressure, and more.

How Long Does The Warranty Last?

Your watch is covered by our warranty against any defects in manufacturing: This includes the watch dial, strap, and hands. The warranty of a Slate Watch Company timepiece is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of said warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
